Sampled a taster size glass at the brewery (along with the other 4 that were on tap). This was a good one, so had to make sure that I had a bottle in my mixed 6 pack to go. Pours out of the bottle dark and black with just the slightest trace of brown aroung the edges. Deep brown head of creamy thick foam. Lots of smells including coffee, roasted malts, toasted nuts and even some smoke. At first the taste is like burnt coffee, but it mellows out and the rich dark malts and sweetness come through. Creamy and full bodied, oiling coating of flavor gets left on the tongue. Very nice stout, definatley worth searching out again.
