The original brewed Lambic. Letting this beer age for 1, 2 or 3 years and mixing those for fresh Lambic makes a Gueuze. A Gueuze is also bottle conditioned which gives it carbonation. The Lambic however is complete flat without bubbles. Available only in draught form.

Clear orange. Fresh apple like aroma, bit weak. Taste is not outspoken, small cider like green apple taste. little sour. Good, beer old-fashioned style. (Antwerpen 201409)

Draught@Weekend Of Spontaneous Fermentation. Deep golden colour, no head. Aroma is wood, vinegar and slight sour fruits. Very stinging nose. Flavour is enormously wooden along with some mild sourness.

Golden, low white foam. vague aroma of lemon-peels. Wet hay and lemon in flavour with a unclean buttery note. Woody and slightly sour finish. A dissapointment.
