One of our two collabs with Hudson Valley is an extremely modern Sour IPA while the other is a pure classic. Five malts, one hop variety and a guest yeast strain all come into harmony to create a rich and satisfying blend of caramelized nuts, biscuit, raisin, marmalade with a slight oak and vanilla ester. A beefed up English Bitter that is perfect for the cooler Autumnal evenings. Richly malty with a firm bitterness that always invites another sip.

On tap at Cardinal, Stavanger. Reddish brown colour, off-white head. Fruity aroma and flavour, but in the more subdued British dark berry style (not the American citrus / tropical fruits style). There is also a distinct and sharpish bitterness throughout.
