Tmavé Pivo (Lager noire d'inspiration tchèque) - Saaz. C'est enfin le retour de notre lager noire! On avait vraiment hâte de la brasser de nouveau et on a développé une vraie préférence pour les lagers (fermentation basse) plutôt que pour les ales (fermentation haute) en ce qui concerne les bières noires. La levure, plus neutre dans ses esters, contribue à mieux faire ressortir les arômes des malts foncés. Ici on parle de chocolat noir, d'un corps moyen et velouté. Un vrai plaisir à boire!

Pours a clean, dark brown with ruby-copper highlights, a big frothy-bubbly warm, light-mocha coloured head, good retention and spots of soapy lacing all-around. Mild roasted malt aromas with a touch of dark fruits, chocolate, coffee, licorice and even banana notes. The taste shows milder roasted barley as base, with a tad molasses blended with some nice hops to finish things off. A very easy-drinking dark lager with still lots going one, but well-balanced.
