Également en format de canette 355ml, cette lager noire est tout simplement notre Tmave que nous avons décidé d'élever en fût de Gin Vieux pendant une période de 4 mois. Le nom "Kadan" provient du nom du créateur de l'horloge astronomique de Prague qui se trouve sur la place de la Vieille Ville, Mikuláš de Kadaň.

355ml can that pours what looks like a clear, dark brown colour with ruby highlights, a nice creamyish warm-beige, good stay and some foamy lacing streaks. You can definitely smell the fresh, herbal-licorice gin notes from the barrel that gives hints of mint and wood. The roasted malt base is there as well, and in the flavours. The taste is milder than the aromas, but having a tad molasses and licorice. An easy, black lager with nice notes from the gin barrels that make it a bit more special.
