A Front St. Brewery first. Our cream ale is smooth and refreshing like a light lager. This is by far our lightest bodied beer on the menu currently. This beer was made with Pilsner malts and a significant amount of corn to lighten the body up even further. The corn flavor is fairly subdued, but is present if you’re looking for it. Hops were used very sparingly. We used ale yeast and then cold conditioned the beer for over a month to smooth out the beer.
