Ein sehr dunkles Schwarzbier. Durch die Zugabe von Röstmalz, ein sehr malzbetontes, dunkles Bier. Eine schöne Symbiose von Bitterschockolade, Kaffee und Bier. Was für Feinschmecker.

From tap at the brewpub. Poured in the original Freischem's mug a hazy dark colored stout with half a finger beige foamy head that had a short retention. Good lacing. The aroma is roasted, near burned, malts, notes of spice, licorice. The flavour is roasted malts, dark chocolate, toasted bread, toffee and coffee. The mouthfeel is slight creamy and wrap by the roasted smell. This medium bodied Stout has a long coffeish finish. Not bad but to neutral, it lacks of personality.
