Named for the Comanche chief Potsanaquahip of the Penataka band, this fierce IPA remains true to the American brewing spirit, delivering lasting hop flavor and character. Buffalo Hump led the Great Raid of 1840 in retaliation for the Texan settlers’ betrayal under a white flag in San Antonio at the Council House Fight. Brewed w/ Franco-Belge Pale malts, hopped with four full-blooded varieties of American hops and fermented w/ our favorite Belgian strain. 55 IBU

the sheep pig.. . Growler: Pours out a gold copper .. medium strong lacing, good head ..Hi, I'm Earth. Have we met? .. a mild but assertive flavoured brew, light sweet honey, piney caramel, and light herby resin with a touch of yeast .. . goes down smooth, its like a big english style IPA meets a sweet belgian ale .. It's HERBIE Hancock! ..filled march 20th at Freetail, drank 24hrs later at home .. good stuff.. . Tommy Likey! Tommy want wing-ey!
