A scaled up version of Anthony Merlino's contemporary Gose. Brewed with passion fruit, hibiscus, and pink Himalayan sea salt and hopped with Lemon Drop and Galaxy. Bursting with floral aroma, followed by notes of passion fruit, citrus, and mixed berry jam. Subtly tart with a dry and salty finish.
