A Kölsch - Style blonde ale modelled after Kölsch blondes of Cologne, Germany. A light fruity ale, light in colour, clean and crisp in flavour, well balanced and not too complex. It is lightly malted with a clean fruity finish.

Draft at Bull and Castle, Dublin. Pour was golden color, sparkling bubbles, large initial head with true retention and lacing. Nose was bready, grassy, and fruity, fairly typical. The flavor followed suit, some added graininess, but also a metallic light touch, something that kept this from finishing crisp and sharp, I was even suspicious of it being served on Nitrogen (minus the mouthfeel) over a couple of sips.
