Our first beer and one very close to our collective heart, Four Fathers Cardabomb Double IPA is a big, complex and hop driven ale, with a fragrant nose and a long, spicy finish, thanks in part to generous additions of Simcoe, Amarillo and Columbus hops and fresh milled green cardamom. A touch on the exotic side but still at ease with the hopheads, Cardabomb is rich, mysterious and totally alluring. It is… da bomb! Aroma: Spicy floral and fragrant. Flavour: Conditioned on green cardamom, and dry hopped with simcoe and amarillo. spicy floral and fragrant. Malts: Pilsner malt, Abbey malt.
