Aroma - slight soapy aroma with a very light floral/banana combo coming across.
Appearance - Mostly transparent body with a slight haze, golden yellow, 1" head with nice retention
Taste - pretty paint-by-numbers clove/banana flavor...nothing overpowering. Palate - creamy, smooth...nice
Overall - Nothing really special about this once, despite the press using a really old yeast strain. Just ok.
