Farallon is the official beer of SF Beer Week brewed in collaboration with the San Francisco chapter of the Bay Area Brewers Guild. It’s a lightly tart, bone-dry IPA brewed with Admiral’s Pilsner Malt and Yolo Gold Wheat, our specialty house yeast strain, and fresh pineapple.
