Dark amber pour w immense head. Aroma of slight hops and yeast, with an abundance of four roses. A cheaper bourbon would not have worked well with this beer, as both the Belgian and hop aspects of the beer are overshadowed. With the quality of these barrels, though, the beer is quite enjoyable.
