On tap in the Faroe Islands tent at the ONS 2008, Stavanger. Served ice cold (= minimal taste). Golden colour, low head. Moderate sweetish aroma. Fizzy mouthfeel. Bland pale lager flavour, nothing particularly offensive, but nothing to make you happy either. The Faroese singer Hanus G. Johansen made my day, the beer did not.

Bottled. Golden colour, small white head. Aroma is rubber, malts, hops and some saltwatery notes. Flavour is very much the same along with vegetables. Not very pleassant.

clear and pale yellow colour, almost no head, a hitn of aromatic hoppiness in the nose, sweet and oily, medium-bodied at best and with a short finish - one-dimensional and boring

I have got this beer directly from Faroes - two little bottles. And I was really amazed!!! Fine pilsner with perfectly harmonized taste, very refreshening, pleasant to drink. Well, maybe a little too watery, very weak head. But it doesn't really effect the quality of this beer. Anyway I vail my head to Faroes - so little country with so good beer!
