Introducing For Forked Shake: Raspberry Edition. This Milkshake IPA is generously dry-hopped with Citra and Mosaic, and uses lactose to add body, as well as a slight sweetness that balances nicely with the tartness of the fresh, local raspberries from Heeman's. Pouring a hazy, ruby red with aromas of passionfruit and raspberries, this IPA is unlike anything we've brewed before. The raspberry is prominent without overpowering, and adds a refreshing acidity up front that gives way to subtle tropical fruit notes and a slight lingering bitterness reminding you that you are, in fact, drinking an IPA and not a raspberry milkshake!
