This very rare version of our Oktoberfish; it is a dangerously drinkable beer that is aged on toasted oak for 6 weeks.

KSBF07 Poured an amber color with and oak aroma. Flavor was oak malts caramel and nutty as well. Good spices in there as well, alcohol was very well hidden. was this really flying fish??????

Draft at KSBF07, blasted my preconceptions about FF. Pour was amber to orange in color. Aroma was oaky toasted marzen style malts. Flavor was also nicely toasted oaky malts following with some vanilla, caramel, and nuts. Aftertaste left some zingy type notes (spice sensation?), alcohol smooth for the abv, though. My #2 beer from the fest.
