Starting 2014 on the right foot: 2 new experimental India Pale Ale (IPA) on tap. One dry hopped with Pacific Gem hops from new zealand, and the other with german Polaris hops. They both have the same base of beer. The difference is each one has been left in kegs with these hops, therefore absorbing their flavour. Now you just have to sit and discover their respective characteristics...How wonderful beer is...
