Tasted on tap at the 10th Annual Bistro IPA Festival. This IPA pours a cloudy yellow gold color. Medium sized white foamy head. Aroma is citrusy and floral, a touch sweet. A medium bodied IPA. The malts are fruity and sweet. The hops are citrusy and grapefruity. Nice balance. Crisp and clean. Medium to high on the bitterness scale. Mouthfeel is full. Finish is clean and crisp. Aftertaste is bitter.
