Inspired by a friendly relationship with the German Embassy in Ottawa, this tart ale is a nod to both our 5 year anniversary and Munich’s Oktoberfest. A light sour ale brewed with lactobacillus and copious amounts of cranberry puree, then bottle conditioned with brettanomyces, this promises to be an easy drinking pucker posse pleaser. Cheers to 5 years!

Hazy golden colour with a pinkish hue. The head fizzes away quickly and a tiny bubble ring is left. Sour aromas with some funkiness and hints of berries. Flavours of sourness, funk, light tart with the cranberries being very light again. A light-fruity Berliner Weisse that is refreshing. Happy 5th birthday Flora Hall and long life!
