Brewed with Pilsner and Wheat malts, and bottle conditioned for proper carbonation. It shines with apricot and subtle Brettanomyces characters.

Pours a hazy golden colour with an amber hue. The head is off-white, frothy, bubbly, average lasting and minimal lacing. Aromas are a mild mix of sourness and apricot. The taste is quite sour and the apricot are milder. Some tart is left on the tongue lingering. The Brett is felt a little in the flavours with some very light earthiness. A nice fruity Berliner Weisse.
