Bière noire légèrement agrémentée de réglisse. En bouche, attaque trés franche, ronde et soutenue, la réglisse fusionne délicatement et avec les houblons, la longue persistance donne encore de l'ampleur. En fin de bouche se développent autant les arômes maltés que ceux de fruits secs et de réglisse. Une bière puissance quelque soit la température de service. Rafraîchissante au frigo, conviviale en cave, étonnante une fois chambrée.

    330 ml bottle. Poured in the original Fleurac brewery glass an unfiltered near to black with burgundy vinous tones colored ale with a generous two fingers tan foamy head that had a very long retention and tons of micro bubbles. Mid-sized carbonation. Good lacing. The aroma is roasted malts, spicy, licorice and ashes. The flavour is strong burned malts, spicy, licorice and a point of pepper, notes of smoke. The mouthfeel is round. This medium bodied ale has a long smokey and spicy finish. An other ale from the bottle as tasting from tap.
