330 ml bottle. Poured in the original Fleurac brewery glass an unfiltered old-copper or ruby-brown colored ale with a two fingers slight beige creamy foamy head that had a very long retention. Soft carbonation. Great lacing. The aroma is flowery, roses, spicy, ginger, piney and citrus hops. The flavour is toasted malts, resinous hops, flowery, roses, spicy, ginger, gingerbread and herbs, thyme (!). The mouthfeel is creamy and very smooth. This full bodied ale has a long spicy finish. A magnificent tasting Christmas ale. Could we celebrate Christmas every day ?
