Harvest Amber Ale is an English Pale Ale with a firm malt flavor, upfront and dry. The Ale has a hoppy finish, medium bitterness and body. Suited for cask conditioning. We use traditional English bittering and aroma Hops for this ale. We also use about 15% crystal malt, which has a toffee/caramel flavor that is traditional in English bitters. The yeast we use is a strain employed by one of the most famous ale producing breweries in London.

This was not impressive in the least. It was an amber color with little to no head. It tasted flat like a soda that had been sitting out of the fridge for a few days. Some malt is present in this sea of water. Nothing much else to say about it really. Keep on movin, lil doggie.
