This Imperial IPA is brewed with a Belgian yeast strain and spiced with Lemongrass, Orange Peel, Lemon Peel, and just a hint of Buddha's Hand and Chinese Gooseberries. Hopped with over 2.5 pounds per barrel of Cascade, Amarillo, Chinook, and Zeus. Brewed in honor of our brewing compatriots of the East Coast, this may not be a new style, but it sure does taste good.
