A traditional Gose (pronounced “Go-suh”), this is a light colored and light bodied wheat ale. It has been soured with lactobacillus bacteria to produce the signature tartness of the style, and there is a very light salty character that balances the sourness. Fresh-ground coriander, another traditional ingredient, imparts a subtle, floral spiciness.
