Being a fire "Jake" is a positive slang term for a seasoned and experienced firefighter. The term originated in the New England area. Hence Jake Shake for our New England/Milkshake undertones IPA. Expect hazy, juicy, citrusy with a slightly sweet and smooth mouthfeel with copious amounts of Galaxy and Mosaic hops. Enjoy with a friend or a Jake.

Pours hazy topaz with a thick eggshell head. Aroma features dank, resiny, citrus and raw malt notes. Flavor presents tangy and sweet orange with tropical notes on the side, resiny and slightly dank hops, fresh malt. Texture delivers good smooth body and peppy fizz. Three cheers for Jakes - and all firefighters!
