Pours clear caramel with a thick and fairly persistent buff head. Aroma features fresh malt, fruity and subtle resiny hops, all with a smoky overtone. Flavor yields smoky, malty, sweet pomme and subtle hop notes - this would be a good beer for a barbecue. Texture provides good smooth body and peppy fizz. Where there's smoke, there's smoked beer - and maybe dragons.
