Tarazin Grisette contains 40% malted wheat and oats, which create a soft, fluffy mouthfeel despite the beer’s thin body. Tarazin has two distinct features. First is its yeast, which is Saccharomyces “bruxellensis” Trois (or just “Sacch Troi” for short). Sacch Trois produces prominent stone fruit and tropical fruit flavors in addition to a little bit of tartness. Then we dry hopped with one of our favorite hops, Lotus. Tarazin is a funky little brew that throws off some beautiful flavors: orange, peach, vanilla, pineapple, and hay.
