Our adventurous Space Dagon lives to uncover big flavors. Each mission finds him exploring the galaxy in search of the perfect blend of hops. This trip he uncovered the wild, neomexicanus hop called Zappa. Blending Zappa with Mosaic, Eureka!, and Simcoe produced this exploratory DIPA that pushes the spectrum of reality. Every new discovery takes your taste buds on a cosmic trip in this rotating Double IPA series

Taps translucent honey with a good parchment head that leaves heavy lacing . Aroma features tangy tropical and citrus, piney hops, zesty malt. Flavor provides piney and mildly bitter hops, zesty and tart grapefruit and tangerine, tangy pineapple with a bit of mango, crisp raw malt. Texture yields firm body and lively, edgy fizz. Can't beat Dragons In Space!
