This iteration of Space Dragon features Strata, El Dorado, and Citra hops, layered on top of our standard New England-style grain bill. We used kveik yeast, an intensely fruity Norwegian yeast strain that amplifies the flavor of the hops. Mission 3 tastes like biting into a fresh, sweet, pineapple. As it sits on your tongue, you start to pick up hints of mango, peach, apricot, and papaya.

Taps opaque papaya with a fair parchment head that leaves good lacing. Aroma gives woody hops, dusty fresh malt, zesty and sweet citrus and tropical fruit. Flavor yields piney hops, sweet and zesty orange and pineapple with mango and grapefruit on the side, a fresh malt foundation. Texture provides firm, ragged body and lively fizz. Another successful mission!
