Our adventurous dragon's inaugural mission takes him back to the late 2000s, when Citra hit the market and changed the craft beer scene forever. This timeless American hop blend of Citra, Amarillo, and Centennial pops with juicy orange, grapefruit, and tropical fruit flavors. Our naturally soft water, wheat-heavy grain bill, and fruit-forward English ale yeast combine to create a rounded, medium-bodied beer with a soft mouthfeel.

Taps slightly hazy topaz with a fair parchment head. Aroma offers resiny hops, zesty and slightly sweet citrus and tropical, a crisp malt undertone. Flavor yields piney but only slightly bitter hops, juicy tropical and citrus character, crisp fresh malt. Texture gives good body and peppy fizz. Go on this mission.
