As we start the Countdown to our first mission, we sip Lotus hops that were added in the boil and the beautiful match of Idaho 7 and Citra hops in the boil. This creates a little bit of dankness to compliment the stone fruit notes.

Pours hazy apricot that lets daylight in only at the sides and bottom. Ivory head is thick and fairly persistent. Aroma yields piney hops, tangy citrus and tropical notes, crisp raw malt, a stone fruit hint. Flavor delivers piney hops, tangy and sweet fruit that is mainly citrus with tropical and stone hints, crisp malt. Texture offers lively fizz, firm body, and a hoppy and tutti frutti finish. Start the countdown!
