The goal of the collaboration with Monday Night Brewing was to celebrate hops in all forms, so the breweries worked together to gather three types of advanced hop products: Cryo Citra and Cashmere Hops, Incognito Mosaic and Citra, and Spectrum Mosaic hops, plus Phantasm—a powder yielded from crushed Sauvignon Blanc grape skins—to showcase the unique properties of each in this new-school, Upper Westside Double IPA. Each hop product comes together to create a big, juicy, Double IPA that bursts with flavors of mango, peach, lemon, lime, and subtle hints of coconut, and herbs: spruce tips and lemongrass. You’ll be glad you decided to tie one on with Hop the Magic Dragon

Pours clear topaz with a thick and frothy ivory head. Aroma gives rich piney hops, zesty orange and grapefruit, a little fresh malt, a bit of pineapple. Flavor features piney hops, zesty and sweet orange and grapefruit with a touch of tangerine, sweet and tangy pineapple, fresh malt. Texture provides decent smooth body and perky fizz. Hop on the Magic Dragon.
