This is not the juicy IPA you’re looking for. No Citra, Mosaic, or Galaxy. What you get instead is a dry, bitter, old school, satisfying DIPA with a healthy dose of malt but still plenty of hops. This brew features Palisade hops, as well as the Falconer's Flight blend, which is know as the 7 C's, and exhibits distinctive flavors of grapefruit peel, herbs, and earth.
