12.7 oz bottle from Central City. Clear pour of dark gold under an average white head. A bit of lace appeared. Grassy aroma, not all that bitter-like. Might've had some malt as well. Or not. Flavour echoed the aroma, hardly the finest bitter ever but not disgusting, either. Average muthfeel. Malt notes to finish. Had hoped it would've been better, but I'd been chasing this one or indeed ANY Fiji beer for some years and so was glad to have it.

can; courstey of Per Samuelsson - relatively clear golden colour with almost no foam; the nose shows nothing but discrete plastic notes; the very high carbonation almost hides the poor malt body; sweet and no bitterness (the name of the beer must be ironical); finishes surprisingly dry but short and watery - luckily, I’m not disappointed because there is a long time that I don’t expect anymore to have a good beer coming from a new country

Fiji is a beautiful place, but unfortunatly this is one of the only beers available on the islands. Brewed by Carlton, it has a very Fosters feel to it. The Fijians are very proud of their namesake beers and will frown upon you if you try to order something else.

This beer isn't the greatest, but when you on the islands in Fiji and are just relaxing- it does it's job. It may not be the best, but it's by far the not worst beer I've ever tasted... Oh yeah, it's super cheap too, so I guess that makes it even better!
