Hey Kirby, I’m currently way too wasted on box-wine and jazz cabbage to write tasting notes for the new beer. Just tell people it’s called Tactical Hatchet. It’s kind of high in ABV for an IPA but that gives it more body from the glycerols and oats and dark malted wheat and stuff. We used Simcoe and Eureka hops, kind of a weird pairing, but we got lucky on pairing them the first time out so we’re doing it again.…
