Always having fun and trying new things, Melancotte is the result of brewing a tart Apricot saison and then using a hefty dose of our salted watermelon Brett Gose to kick off fermentation. The gose brings with it loads of watermelon, our four different house Brett strains, and two saison strains that give the beer very citrus forward yeast esters with a nice background hay-like Brett funk.
