Poured up on tap at the SacTown Fieldwork where it exhibits a somewhat hazed deep gold body that has a thin copper core and supports a white head. The aroma offers up pineapple, cantaloupe, guava and then mango juiciness. The taste delivers tropical juiciness of mango, cantaloupe, guava and a bit of pineapple. To midway the pink grapefruit like citrus hop bitterness hits to help balance out the sweet hoppy juiciness going on here. Solid juicy balanced rich IIPA. I need more of this . . . a lot more.

(Draft for SF Beer Week 2019) - body looks like the curd from a Lemon Meringue Pie. Slight lemony aroma. But, not much. Has a somewhat chalky consistency, which gives it a heavier mouthfeel. Meyer Lemon flavor up front. But, it’s followed by a much more pronounced grapefruit bitterness. I’m sorry. But, not one of my favorites this week.
