As the supply of Galaxy hops get low we see the end of times is near, no sense rationing, all hands on deck and hops in the cellar. No sweet goodbye, just an earthshaking Triple IPA Double Dry-Hopped with Galaxy hops and none other than those; a Destroyer Of Galaxies. A target of mimicking the malt profile of its Galaxy predecessors but cranking it up to 11.3 is accomplished while keeping this Triple IPA pale in…

(Freshly canned SF Beer Week 2019) - Body is a murky yellow. Reminds me of squeezed grapefruit juice. Fresh hop aroma. Very resina like grapefruits. Heavy pine flavor. But, there’s a back end of fruitiness like a slight mango or melon. Might be my first experience with Galaxy Hops. Might have to search some out for my next home brew. Should be caked Destroyer of Palates!! Surprised it doesn’t linger on the palate though. Thicker mouthfeel as I’d expect with a TIPA.
