Citraweisse is a beer close to our hearts here at Fieldwork; marrying our passion of IPA’s, Sours and Saisons. Starting life as a traditional berlinerweisse, things begin to change en route to the fermenter as it takes a detour to soak on some Citra hops during it’s whirlpool rest, then on to the tank where we ferment it with our house Saison yeast and dry hop with copious more amounts of Citra in the dry hop.
