This IPA is our nod to the beauty and assertive character of Amarillo hops. We brewed this beer with a blank canvas of a grain bill consisting only of 2-row base malt. We added in plenty of Amarillo hops to develop a huge ruby red grapefruit character and layered other hops from the same region of the Pacific Northwest to give it even more of a fruity and citrus nose.
