Amarilloweisse is a beer close to our hearts here at Fieldwork; marrying our passions of IPA’s, Sours, and Saisons. Starting life as a traditional Berliner weisse, things begin to change en route to the fermenter as it takes a detour to soak on some Amarillo hops during its whirlpool rest, then on to the tank where we ferment it with our house Saison yeast and dry hop with copious more amounts of Amarillo.…
