What the Huck started out as a seasonal product, but due to its unfailing popularity it is now a year round favourite. Native to the Rocky Mountain region, the Huckleberry is prized for its sweetness and deep colour. We’ve blended it with a touch of wheat to create a smooth and creamy beer with a touch of huckleberries. Great for the summer patio season, cosy inter-season dinners or your finest apres ski. We’ve added the berry juice after filtration, giving a subtle purple colour and a slight haze, with a tartly sweet finish

Added to BP 10 June 2010. Poured a creamy tan head on top of a cloudy, drak orange body. Aroma was "different", perhaps the huckleberries. Flavour was tart, with a turn towards sweetness at the finish. Mouth was thinner than I'd have liked. Didn't care for this one at first, but it grew on me as we went along. Good beer for a hot day.
