To celebrate the three years anniversary of Fermenterarna´s first ever sold beer, the two figures behind the brewery are arranging a beer battle. ”My beer is a tropical, well hopped, New England style IPA brewed with honey from our friend Simon Ridde´s beekeeping in Kristinehamn. The beer is flavoured with five different varieties of hops: Idaho 7, Mosaic, Citra, Amarillo and Azacca. The combination brings out a tropical flavour of pineapple and overriped Mango, with a fresh hint of citrus and flowers.” - Anna
