Our version of the popular pale ale style has a contribution from all corners of the brewing globe. It contains a combination of German and Australian malts to which we add British and American hops. The wort is then fermented with an ale yeast of German origin The citrus and grapefruit aroma of the cascade hop is balanced perfectly with the crystal malt to produce a wonderfully crisp and refreshing ale.
