Tried both this one and Fat Cat's IPA last night and I liked this one a little better; they're almost the same beer except for the IPA having a tiny bit more hop. Maybe Fat Cat has only one beer recipe and they tweak it slightly to produce a "different" beer. But I digress. This one poured a well-carbonated clear amber with a foamy tan head that quickly thinned. Aroma was mostly malt with a suggestion of caramel, I guess. The taste was smooth and creamy, again with the malt. I did enjoy drinking this one.
