Pours a nice clear chestnut with a very thick buff head that dissipates slowly. Aroma is average in strength, provides some malt and a hint of caramel. Malty flavor has notes of caramel and hay, pleasing if not outstanding. Firm, smooth texture has a little fizz and leaves a satisfying malty, woody finish. A cool cat.
