Starting as a taproom special, this brew was too popular not to bring back for the big time. Made from Cascade and Pacific Jade hops, Knockout is distinguished by a grapefruit aroma. And at 80 IBU, she has a bitter punch, but is balanced with a malty backbone. She’s definitely a knockout!

Pours clear solar yellow with a thick and fairly persistent ivory head. Aroma features sharply piney hops, creamy malt and subtle grapefruit notes. Flavor offers rather bitter piney hops, zesty grapefruit with some orange, creamy fresh malt. Texture provides good smooth body and peppy fizz. A knockout.

Murky golden color with white head. Aroma is of caramel and candy orange slices. The flavor is not bitter but slightly sour. Some lemons and orange show up with some caramel. Major sourness in the finish. Overall its lacks that IPA bite I want but it’s ok.
