Our first offical take on a true IPA, with an IBU of 85. This beer has Mosaic, Amarillo and Citra hops, which delivers nice citrusy notes. We tried to stay true to our German roots, thought - wheat delivers a great mouth feel. Come tell us how we did.

Aroma: 9 | Appearance: 8 | Mouthfeel: 9 | Flavor: 8 | Overall: 9
Pours clear coppery with a decent pale buff head. Aroma is VERY hoppy and resiny, with evergreen and subtle malty and citrus notes. Boldly hoppy flavor is quite evergreen but scarcely bitter, and let’s citrus and malt peek through. Firm body and good fizz make for a good mouthfeel. Their first IPA is a winna!
